RETURNS

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:


Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your shoes on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Upon receiving and processing your return, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund/store credit.  Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered. You may request a return online by sending an email to customerservice@thejaniko.com or by the chat on our website.

Please allow one business day for all return requests to be reviewed. Once your request has been updated., you will receive an email with your return label.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all JANIKO garment tags still attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. However, you may ship the goods back to our warehouse with the courier of your choice. Please email customercare@thejaniko.com if you intend
